Bending Grounds Mobile and Console Guide

CSL Studios lists Bending Grounds as mobile, console, and PC. That sentence is why this page exists. Players search Bending Grounds mobile after a Water clip that requires a camera rotate, or after a Fire Blast they could not dash off with a thumb. This is the public-beta version of that answer. The experience is unofficial and fan-made, not affiliated with Avatar: The Last Airbender, Paramount, or Nickelodeon.

There is no official CSL Studios keybind PDF. Controls already labels typical battlegrounds defaults as unconfirmed: M1 punch, Q dash, block, sprint. On a phone those verbs sit on the right-side combat cluster and a sprint/dash button. On a gamepad they sit on face buttons and a trigger. If your HUD does not match a PC screenshot, you are not in the wrong game. You are on a different input map.

What does not change across devices

• Servers still hold 18 players. Online PvP. Place 103745056080809.
• Nation select still happens before Character Customization.
• Codes still live under More Spins then the Codes tab. NewAir is 5 Current Slot Spins. WeGotPlant is 6. SunMaster is 5 (September 2026 Fire / Sun Warrior wave). Type them exactly. The right-side button is easy to miss on a phone; scroll. Full clicks: how to redeem.
• Fire Blast can still be deflected by fire, blocked by an earth wall, and apply a 15% burn that dash clears. Flame Kick still breaks earth or ice. Air Funnel is still blockable. Those rules do not care that you are on a bus.

What does change

Camera. Water combos need a rotate after Ice Breaker so Aqua Burst faces the opponent. On PC that is a mouse flick. On mobile it is a right-stick or camera-drag while your left thumb is still on movement. If Burst hits a wall, the kit is not broken. The rotate missed. Practise only that turn in a quiet pocket before you blame Water.

Dash timing. A 15% burn is a flag. Dash is the cleanse. A thumb that also sprints will mash both. Separate sprint and dash in your head the way how to play separates panic dash from combo dash.

Menus. Character Customization on a small screen hides More Spins until you scroll. Redeem before you spawn into the 18-player courtyard. Getting Started is the hour plan; this page is the input footnote.

Device-by-device notes (community-observed)

Phone / tablet. Enable shift-lock equivalents if the HUD offers them. Keep thumbs low. Do not cover the Codes tab with the chat bar. If auto-sprint fights your dash, turn it off for a session.

Console. Treat the face-button cluster as M1 plus skills, and a bumper or trigger as dash. Test Flame Kick on a dummy wall before a real Fire mirror. Test Funnel block on Air before you call it broken.

PC with a controller. Roblox will happily mix keyboard hints with a pad. Pick one. Hybrid input is how people “lose” Q dash.

Chi Blockers on mobile. The special run and acrobatic dash are the kit. They are not paywalled. If spinning on a phone feels miserable, play Chi Blockers until you can hit menus without mis-taps. Then spend spins on purpose with the spin planner.

What to practise in ten minutes

1. Redeem codes if you have not. Expired if a string fails.
2. Four-hit M1 without looking at the button.
3. Dash on a burn (or on a cooldown if no Fire is around).
4. One camera rotate. Water players do this after Ice Breaker. Everyone else still needs it for Burst-like shots and Funnel reads.
5. One quest if you have time. Water: Hama. Everyone: how to play.

Then PvP. Mobile does not get a smaller server. Eighteen players still arrive.

After a patch

The universe last updated around 3 September 2026. Public beta shutdowns can retune HUD scale, dash, or a sub. Check updates, the beta timeline, public testing notes, and Discord. Do not install a “mobile script.” Read script safety.

The listing says mobile, console, and PC. The verbs stay punch, dash, block, plant, blast. Your job is mapping those verbs onto thumbs without skipping controls or the Guides hub. A phone can play this beta. A phone cannot skip the camera rotate Water needs to cash Aqua Burst.
